Join Faith from Mountain Mama Massage for a free infant massage class with the Boulder Public Library. Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with babies. In this class, you will learn simple massage techniques that are safe for any healthy baby, as well as routines to help gas, sleep, and development. Please bring a soft blanket. Pre-crawlers and their caregivers are welcome. No massage experience is needed. Pre-registration on Boulder Public Library website is required but even last minute registration is welcome as we know babies can feel unpredictable!
