We come to the mat for so many different reasons. Your doctor told you to stretch more. You want a way to exercise during your children’s nap time. You are ready to feel more ease. Whatever your reason, we are here to help you create a practice that serves you body, heart, and mind. For simple starter stretches, head to our youtube full of Faith’s guided home practices.

 

yoga for every body

You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to start a yoga practice. We start with your flexibility, your strength, and your years of experience (or inexperience). Yoga is all about learning to meet yourself without judgement in each new moment and remembering that *now* is the perfect time to begin.

 

private yoga

Want to try your first downward dog? Ready to learn the anatomy of a handstand? Not sure how to practice now that you are a new parent (prenatal or postnatal)? Our private yoga instruction will get you started or move you to the next level. And we always adapt for your body on any given day. Bring your whole self and we’ll design a practice that opens your heart, strengthens your body, and eases your mind.

small group yoga

Much the same as private yoga, but shared with your friends or family. You put together a group and we guide the practice. Available for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, moms’ groups, and no-reason-at-all gatherings. Available live or via video conferencing (so don’t forget to invite your bestie who lives far away).
