Join Jeanne from Mountain Mama Massage for a free infant massage workshop at the Intermountain Healthcare Mama Connection group (previously SCL Health). Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby!

In this class, you will learn simple massage techniques that are safe for any healthy baby, as well as routines to help gas, sleep, and development. Please bring a soft blanket. Mama Connection is limited to mothers and their infants, no other caregivers please. No massage experience is needed.
