Join Jeanne from Mountain Mama Massage for a free infant massage workshop at the Intermountain Beyond Birth 4th Trimester support group. Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby!

In this class, you will learn simple massage techniques that are safe for any healthy baby, as well as routines to help gas, sleep, and development. Please bring a soft blanket. Beyond Birth is limited to mothers and their infants, no other caregivers please. No massage experience is needed.
